Ribbon Embroidery Class
WOW!
This is what we will be creating..

Come join in and learn how to
Ribbon Embroidery.
Classes will be held at the
Wellington City Building, in the multi-purpose room.
2 classes on June 6th
5pm class changed to 4pm

Second class will be @ 7pm
We must pre-pay for our kits to be prepared.

We will be having hoagie sandwiches and salads for lunch-
I will be calling everyone to see what you would like to bring or

I will provide the sandwiches and bottled water-
they will have a meat combination in a french bread loaf ready to be cut-
We will need:
Sandwich fixens= olives, pickles, mayo, mustard, lettuce etc.
2 veggie plates w/dip
3 salads(noodle or potato)
3 deserts
Our project for this month is "The Arm Chair Caddy".
When we are done we will be working on a "Our Pillow Case Service Project".
Material needed for Our Arm Chair Caddy project:
Fabric:
2- 7" squares light
2- 7" squares dark
1- 19" X 7" light
1- 19" X 7" dark
1- 10" X 7" light or dark
Batting:
2- 7" squares
1- 19" X 7"
1- 10" X 7"
Binding:
70" color of your choice
Material needed for Our Pillow Case Service Project-
for Castleview Out Patient Surgery(for children under 12)
Fabric is something children will love:

March right into the next project.. We are going to make a Block Butler aka Block Minder (March 2013)

1 Heavy cardboard tube 16" long and 2 3/4" in diameter
*shown in picture above
(these tubes are sold at the Post Office-shipping tube for aprox 4 dollars)
3/4 yard fabric
3/4 yard white flannel
3/4 yard 1/4" ribbon(cut 2, 11" pieces)
3/4 yard 3/8" ribbon(cut 2, 11" pieces)
Cutting:
Flannel:
1 each 18 1/2" X 24" A
Cotton:
1 each 18 1/2" X 24" A
1 each 18 1/2" X 11" B
